Thank you for considering working with me! Here’s exactly what you can expect once you submit your contact information:

1. I Will Reach Out Within 24 Hours

You’ll hear from me within one business day. During that first call, I’ll take a few minutes to learn more about your needs and personal situation. This helps me make sure I’m not wasting your time and that I’m fully prepared to offer meaningful help. I will be calling from my direct number, as listed on the website, (239) 309-9267, so please add me to your contacts.

If I believe there’s a potential solution that fits your needs, we’ll go ahead and schedule your first appointment together. You’re also welcome to schedule your appointment directly using my online booking page, which always shows my most up-to-date availability.

Note: If you’ve used the online booking tool but none of the available times work for your schedule, please don’t hesitate to use the Contact Me form. I’ll personally reach out to find a time that works best for you.

2. You’ll Receive a “Scope of Appointment”

Before we can talk about specific Medicare plan options, we’re required to complete a form called a Scope of Appointment—or SOA for short.

Think of it like a permission slip. It tells me exactly what topics you’re interested in discussing—such as Medicare Advantage plans, Prescription Drug Plans, or Medicare Supplement Insurance. This form is designed to protect you by keeping the conversation focused and transparent.

Here’s how it works:

  • I’ll send it to you during our first call.

  • It must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment, as required by Medicare.

  • It’s not a contract and doesn’t obligate you to enroll in anything.

  • You can complete it quickly by email or text, whichever is easier for you.

Once that’s done, we’ll be all set to move forward with your appointment.

3. Choose How You’d Like to Meet

I want to make this process as convenient as possible. You can choose to meet:

  • At your home

  • Over the phone

  • At my local office

  • At a public place like Starbucks or Perkins

If you live outside of my in-home service area (Charlotte, Lee, Collier, DeSoto, and Hendry counties), we’ll meet by phone.

I’m licensed and able to help people in the following states: AL, FL, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MO, NC, NY, PA, SC, TN, VA, WI.

4. Your Personalized Appointment

During your appointment, I’ll take the time to get to know you and your unique situation. We’ll talk about any challenges you’re facing and what you’re hoping to find in a plan.

As part of our appointment, I’ll personally check to see if your doctors are in-network, if your medications are covered, and whether your preferred pharmacy is included—so there are no surprises later and you can feel confident that the plan we discuss truly fits your needs.

5. Side-by-Side Plan Comparison

Once we find a plan that fits your needs, we’ll walk through it together—side-by-side with your current plan. This way, you’ll clearly see what would change and what would stay the same. My goal is to make comparing plans simple and easy to understand.

6. No Pressure, No Obligation

From start to finish, my mindset is simple: you are never under any obligation to change plans. Some people just need help understanding their current benefits—and that’s perfectly okay. I’m here to help, not to push.

Your Privacy Matters

I understand how important your personal information is—and I take that responsibility seriously.

When you share your contact information with me, it stays with me.

You can rest assured that your information will never be sold, shared, or given to anyone else. I will be the only person reaching out to you in response to your inquiry.

My goal is to provide you with helpful, personalized guidance—not to flood your inbox or phone with unwanted messages. Your trust is important, and I’m here to earn it every step of the way.
