How to Save & Organize Your Medicare Resources on Your Phone
This guide will help you:

📥 Step 1: Download the Resources
Download the following files from the links provided:

💡 If you're using Google Drive, Dropbox, or another cloud service, tap the three dots (⋮ or …) next to the file and choose Download or Open in Browser.
📲 Step 2: Add to Your Home Screen
For Android Users:
Option A: From Google Drive

Open the Google Drive app.

Tap the three dots (⋮) next to the file.

Select “Add to Home screen.”
Option B: From Chrome

Open the file link in Google Chrome.

Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

Tap “Add to Home screen.”

Name the shortcut and tap Add.
For iPhone/iPad Users:
Using Safari:

Open the file link in Safari.

Tap the Share icon (a square with an arrow pointing up).

Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”

Name the shortcut (e.g., “Medicare Playbook”) and tap Add.
📌 Note: This works best if the file is hosted online (e.g., Google Drive with a shareable link). If the file opens in another app, you may need to upload it to iCloud Drive and open it in Safari.
🗂️ Step 3: Organize into a Folder

Tap and hold one of the shortcuts on your home screen.

Drag it on top of another shortcut (e.g., drag “Plan Worksheet” onto “Medicare Playbook”).

Your phone will automatically create a folder.

Tap the folder to open it, then tap the folder name to rename it (e.g., “Medicare Toolkit”).
